I talk to entrepreneurs all week long that tell me that they just don't have that tribe of people and that they are lonely in their business.
I never had that because I had two mentors that encouraged me to get into business and they were always there cheering me on and dreaming for me before I was even ready to dream for myself. I know how powerful that has been in my growth. I never want people to go through life without people like that. I want to be that person to other people.
My Story
I started my business in 2020, not really knowing what this path would look like. I spent that year really trying to figure myself out. I was at eXp Realty, and I was such a small fish in such a large sea (my favorite spot to be). I spent time observing everyone—what were they doing, who inspired me, and what was my value proposition for my business? It was at an event in Dallas, Texas when it came to me. I was watching a girl speak in front of 5,000 people, and her story really resonated with me. I was building a real estate company under the eXp platform with community at the center of it. Connect & Cultivate, brokered by eXp, was born, becoming my first income stream.
As I grew my community, I discovered there was so much more opportunity than just building through that one income stream. I was meeting so many people each week who wanted to be a part of what I was building—vendor partners, other small business owners eager to plug into a community, out-of-state broker owners seeking coaching, people developing podcasts who wanted help, and the list just kept growing. I wanted to show up for my community and serve them in the way they wanted to be served. I began to expand and offer a lot more than just my initial offering.
Today, I have over 10 income streams that I am building, and I serve female entrepreneurs through all of them. It has been such a fun, wild ride, and I am excited for what's to come! I try to filter everything I do through four pillars: business, money, relationships, and health & wellness. I don't have it all figured out, and sometimes I am all over the place, but I promise you this: if you work with me, I will be the biggest cheerleader you have ever had, I will show up to lead you, I will listen when you tell me your needs, and I will always be authentically me.
